- Opened or used honey products
- Custom or personalized items
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number.
- Package the Product: Carefully package the item in its original packaging to ensure it is returned in good condition.
- Ship the Item: Send the product back to the address we provide. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 05 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 07 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on your preference. Please provide images of the damage or defect along with your order number.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Refunds for Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order. If you received free shipping with your order, the value of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
7. Sale or Discounted Items
Sale items or products purchased with a discount may only be refunded at the discretion of MHS HUB Honey. In some cases, we may offer store credit or exchange only for discounted items.
